Seitan Workshop
Thank you to everyone that came to the Seitan workshop. It was a really pleasant evening, and hopefully has given everyone a taste of what can be achieved with a bit of gluten flour! The spaghetti bolognaise seemed to have been a particular success; maybe next time I run the workshop I will try making vegetarian hamburgers...

Look forward to seeing you all at another foodies event soon; watch out on the member activity pages for the next sushi-making class I will run, which will be in Ferney Voltaire.
