Thanks to Edward, Hmmm, for organising the softball practice yesterday evening. It was great to play again after at least 6 years and I am looking forward to the rest of the season - whilst I am here! So come on you budding softball players, come along and practice with us on Tuesday evenings, its a nice easy going crowd and the beer afterwards is truly well deserved! See you all next week!

I received around 40 expressions of interest to my softball post. Of those, around 15 GenevaOnline members signed up to play for one of the two CERN teams. We practice (and drink) Tuesday evenings in Bellevue and/or Wednesday evenings in Prevessin. The Sunday games, beer and bar-b-q run from midday into the early evening. Women and men of all ages and levels of skill play and anyone interested is encouraged to join in and give it a try or simply come to watch. For more details please get back to me.
