A HUGE thank you to Swissy for a really great night..my first GOl activity and what a success! Wonderful food...perfect people...and I didn't get home til 2 a.m (well past my bed-time!)Sisqua and Ming were STARS in the kitchen..am seriously considering employing them...

what more can i add? thanks swissy for the opportunity to do hotpot/steamboat once more before it gets too hot. food was delish, great job in the kitchen girls! =) and thx eric and martin for giving me a lift, and to everyone else for the great company.

- thanks for a SUPER steamy evening, GREAT food and as always brilliant company!!! The cat was uninvited which I am sure he wasn't too unhappy about :o) (did you find him after we left..?)
Look forward to seeing some of those pictures that were snapped!!

PS - Jackie and Wendy, thanks for your kind words - we were glad to be able to help out ;-) Ming did all the super delicious sauces that went hand in hand with Dani's home made meat balls...mmm...all so yummi!!

Kudos to Dani for organizing the steamboat party at her place - taking care of the special dietary needs of 'some of us', as well as Ming who made sure our side of the table was never low on supplies :)
Really sorry I had to leave early and missed the after midnight action :)
