Thanks a lot to all those who came today to "Heaven" for brunch. It was the first time I tried the brunch and it was actually good. The pancakes was absolutely huge and very yummy.....
We talked about everything and anything and even forgot to get to the juicy part about embarassing stories with mums. Have to say I heard a funny one from Ceebee, so here it goes.
Ceebee's mum and sister came to visit her in Switzerland about 3 years ago. A man asked her mum in which airport she was landing and she hadn't grasped the name of Zurich airport that well, so she replied she was landing at Jurassic airport (similar, right?!). The man was kind enough not to make fun of her, so very "politely" just said: "Oh, am sure you will see plenty of interesting animals there".....:-)
This cracked me up!!!!!!!

weather was amazing! Got a bit chilly though in the afternoon and coffee at Starbucks was just the right thing after a hearty brunch. Nice chatting with Tigger and Debbie. Iolly fleed!!!

Thanks Iolly for organizing a great brunch. Good food, good conversation, and of course the coffee afterward was a nice bonus!
I love the Jurassic story. Did you know that the Jurassic Period is actually named after own very own Jura Mountains? So CeeBee, your mom wasn’t too far off after all! ;)

a gr8 time...kissing the kiddies (love Kunta's kids, so well mannered!: ), trying 2 guess what we shud order based on the table next door, helping Chris out with our list of "best restos for this and that" and, as usual in g'va, comparing rents!
true we didnt manage 2 get to our mummy stories but this may b a gud thing (am sure my mom wud not have appreciated me sharing any of her stories! ; P )
