Thanks everyone for coming along for another grand sushi making session. I had great fun, with such enthusiastic students, and together we made a vast mound of delicious sushi. I hope everyone will go on to keep making and experimenting with sushi.
Special thanks to our host for the evening, who was kind enough to open his home to our workshop for the night, even though he doesn't eat fish or seaweed!
