It was a manic and fun night wasn't it? This was my biggest class yet and I wasn't sure that I was going to be able to pull it off. But with such a fab crowd of people, all enthusiastic and hungry for both sushi and knowledge, how could it fail?

Wow... just stumbled across a sushi making course in London. A 2 hour maki-sushi course costs... wait for it.... 140 pounds per person. Thats about 280chf. Wooowheeee my classes are cheap! :P
