We had a long intimate talk together, and now I can testify, Helen is still solid as a rock and prepares seriously her first Marathon.
Well, in my heart, I still can't believe what I heard, but the evidence was there.

Thank you sooo much for a GREAT night out. Brilliant turn out, 60 people coming & going, so much so….some have “sneaked” into the group….hmmmmm ….
It was lovely to see “the usual suspects” (some of them have been attending every single over 40’s night out since May 2006) and it was nice to meet so many “newbies”.
Ok, 10 no-shows, but who cares….
A big thank you to the Clubhouse, the snacks were delicious and a service with a smile.
Jasper, compliment for the pictures, just realized I have to send some more of mine to Oded.
Oded, thank you for putting them online.
Jasper, your comment really made me smile, wait and see (GVA marathon, 28th Sept) all I care for is that I arrive after 42km at the finishing line with a smile.
Fun event indeed with great people – looking forward to seeing you all again soon…(after the Geneva marathon ;-)
Once again, the link which was shown on August 10th 2008, member Kassari arriving at the finishing line in Zinal (Sierre-Zinal marathon)

Have a great start to the new week! Hugs all around…
:);)

Whatever it's called, it is certainly an event where age, looks, and size don't matter :P
And even if some of the posts (and the hostess) might give a different impression: you don't have to run a Marathon ( :w00t: ) to join this event either. In fact you don't have to run at all (at least not yet…).
Thank you for a very enjoyable evening SWISS!

Actually the post said 39 or 70...and I like the idea that people and character is more important than age...just look at our 70y girl CeeBee, amaaaazing :D
There were som "Marathon moments", some spectacular "German Fall moments" some "Dutch moments", a virgin white car accident plaster.... does that all have to do with age :w00t:
Lovely to see new faces and the "veterans" :)...missed half of them since age forced me to go home early ;)
Great as always Swiss!
