Hey, thanks for all your support guys. A regular and fun crowd come down every week now, and some beginners every week. You're all getting so good ! Newbies always welcome.

Paul, You are the one making it a success.. And yes I certainly have noticed an improvement in my steps :D, although yet to release it on an unsuspecting public away from the improvers group.
