Vineyard walk/wine tasting
THAAAANKSSSS!

Thanks for a great event in Sion. Breautiful view, the weather could not have been better,a hike with lots of time to relax. Nice crowd. Amazing fun winetasting (what was his with the butterflies again?), great hostess and of course a thorough and very good organisation by Andreas and Isabel. Thanks to both of you for a fantastic event!

Thanks indeed Andreas for organizing this event. 30 people went, all 30 people came back. I'm glad I was finally able to join your 'hikes'. The views from up in the wine valley were magnificent! It was also great to see many of my hiking buddies in broad daylight compared to the last time where it was pitch dark. Nice change :)
I don't know how you guys were able to munch and drink all that wine after so much food went circling around during lunch. Such talented bakers with your great cookies and breads and muffins!!
Hope to see you around this area again next season!

What better way to spend your weekend than with a nice walk, a relaxing picnic, sampling some great wine and food...and this all with a bunch of friendly people and the perfect weather conditions!
Thank you capricorn for organizing this (incl. the weather)!!!!!

P.S.: at the beginning of the wine tasting we were wondering whether this would turn into a more nautical event...but it turned out that we only got wet from the inside :-)

Thanks Andreas for the organisation (the name tag was an excellent idea in addition to your baguette :) ) and everybody for wonderful company. I enjoyed it very much even without the extraordinary winetasting!

Thanks Andreas, for bringing us together in the vineyards – it was an extraordinary setting with the Dame Blanche mountain in the background – and all 30 Glolers came up and down the slopes – some sweating more than others – but that was a good preparation for the picknick.
Fortunately you are not saying us Good Bye – you are kind of going to set up Glocals.com in Basel – but you keep a sleeping bag in the Leman area and we will hopefully see you soon again at another event. It was a great afternoon, and I understood I missed a lot in not doing the wine tasting....

And I so wanted to do this but at the last minute (a day before the hike) I had friends coming for a visit in Geneva. I hope I could join Andreas' next hiking event.

Thanks to everyone for making it such an enjoyable day, but special thanks to Capricorne for the great organization, Lobita for the cool video and last but far from least the "Dream Team" - haven't laughed so much in ages!! Marianne :-)
