To all that came last night, thanks again for your punctual arrival and great participation.  I did have one pair of folks that didn't show up without notice. Unfortunate, but what can we do...

For many of you, it was your 2nd series to attend out of the 3 that I organized.  I certainly enjoyed all 3, except I don't think I want to see cheese for at least a few days :)  They were really good though.  (I'll post the few photos from the event soon)

If anyone would like to continue with other types of venues at Le Sud, with either Franck Riviere ([email protected]) or any other part of the hotel restaurant, just simply get in touch with them and they're really good with working with us to create an event.
