so. much. chocolate.
but it was a great warm up for the mega-chocolate fest in paris later this fall (mark your calendars now, oct.28-nov.1, i am trying to arrange a trip). hmmmm.
and then there was the chocolate almond man whose arm we (read: i) wanted to lick, the chocolate fountain, absinthe truffles and a pic-nic lunch in the rain at the lake.
did i mention we got to skip all of the crowds for the factory tour? V.I.P babies! all in all a very very good day. thanks for getting up early on a saturday and for those of you who missed out...next year. and yes, we will be going just as early next time too :)

Now that I read the review I am even more upset that I didn't make it. I've been to some choccolate festival in Italy and Belgium but nothing like u guys described! (of course, the choccolate festival in Switzerland gotta be the best!) ... Unof. after friday evening devastation .. I slept till 2pm !!
No one of course saved a bit of choccolate for the poor Golers that missed it right?

Since arriving in Geneva I've been Lindt's #1 fan. But after that Favarger factory tour and drinking their fondue after... I'm on the Favarger bandwagon now. I can't stop eating that stuff now! Thanks for this GOL activity which showed me the light. Dominic
