The sun was out

i even got sunburned :w00t:

there were fewer people but as always great atmosphere

a lovely trail

unspoiled nature , lots of cows and great views of the lake and fields of yellow flowers

a pleasant green pathway

and lots of heart to heart talks along the trails

great people great exercize and at the end

that wonderful ice cream made by the local farmers was the perfect ending to a perfect day out in nature:P
