just back from the yoga session with shelby this morning
I have finally found my ideal yoga teacher ¨
a sense of humor , a great deal of knowledge,
the class felt so nice i fell asleep on the yoga mat!
I hope more people join us
it is a delightful experience and a great way to start the day !!
I think the others there agreed whole hearted , right?
