I stayed at the Linder Hotel Leukerbad and I liked it. The rooms are nice and spacious. The dining at Maison Blanche restaurant is also quite good. If you want to dine at the hotel, take the half board option. It is more economical as you can choose ala-carte for a main dish and unlimited helpings at the salad bar, all inclusive. Hotel guests have direct access to Alpentherme through a tunnel connected to the hotel. So, you can just walk in your bathrobes from the hotel room to Alpentherme. Entry to Alpentherme is payable with some discounts.

If you drive, you must park at the multi storey car park nearby. I think it is CHF10/day Just give your car key to the hotel valet and he will park it for you and then leave your key at the reception.

Have fun+

For cheaper accomodation, try Hotel de la Croix-Fédérale
http://www.croix-federale.ch/

Right in the middle of the old village, 200m from the Linder baths.
Not the most modern and all, but it's typically Swiss.
I've been there several times and was always happy with it.

I stayed at the Lindner hotel for a few days. Room was OK, but I wasn't in it much. There's also a camping site which is much more fun! :)
