Dear Neighbors--

My friends and I are considering spending a week this summer in the Chamonix valley.  We have found homes in the following areas: Chamonix, Le Bois de Chamonix, Le Tour, and Les Houches.  Would any of those places be particularly good areas to stay (in terms of views, convenience to grocery stores, access to activities)?  Any areas to avoid?   Are there any other areas we should consider?
