I am planning to have a trip to Israel for my family somewhere between June and July. Has anybody gone to Israel before? I would like to know whether it’s cheaper to get a car rental service there to tour the country than arranging a package tour.

Hi Ronald,
I have been to Israel before, at the time I used a car rental company because I thought it give me and my family more flexibilty in our travel's. Furthermore, there are always great deals on car rental's for early booking, a the time, I got 15% discount on this site http://www.shlomo.co.il/new/en/car-rental-israel , they are the Israeli representetives of sixt in Israel.
