How many days do you have? I have done loads of felucca trips and used to take them starting in Aswan, going towards Luxor. This was if I remember correctly this simply made it easier to navigate the feluccas, i.e. going downstream with a boat full of toursits than the other direction.
Also, did you plan on diving from Hurgharda or Sharm? I think it would be easier on the Sharm side as that is where St Catherine's is. Camping around there with the local Bedawin (not sure about the spelling) people is also easy from Sharm. Then its a bus back to Cairo and then a flight or a train to Aswan. Unsure if you can fly from Sharm to Aswan direct.
GIve me some more details and I will help where I can

Hi Sylvia
I was there some years ago.
Your plan sounds exciting and I wish you a lot of fun. But you will a fair amount of time to do all that properly and to enjoy it all.
If you have not yet booked, you are leaving it very late, prices go up and have already gone up.
Egyptians are wonderful people with grat sense of humor which they are not known for.
If you have not checked you should do so immediately and get your various vaccinations. You need to this well in advance.
My girlfriend and I travelled at xmas ... we were told, there are no mosquitoes. That was not true. There were some ... enough to get a few bites. So do take a good mosquito repellent spray.
At the airport, you will find a lot of very friendly and helpful guys insisting on taking your trolley bag and suitcase for you, hoping you pay them. Do not be shy to stop them and carry it yourself the 50 metres from the terminal building to the coach/bus taking to your hotel or where ever you are staying.
Best thing is not let them touch your luggage in the first place. But it is all good natured and friendly.
Since I don't know exactly where you are going (and wouldn't know abou tthose place ... I only went to Luxor), I'd say do not take chances and don't go wandering around on your own. Don't be alarmed, just be careful like anywhere in the world that you are not familiar with.
have a wnderful time

Hi Clint and Bizhan, thanks a lot for both of you's advice. They are very helpful. Thank you for that.
I plan to have a 9-day-trip and the original plan includes three majoy cities: sharm el sheikh, luxor, and cairo. I like enjoying the nature and taking photos of local people's life, not very interested in tourism places, so prefer to climb the Mont Sinai, stay in desert and float on river than to queue to visit the temples and graves..

Few notes - 9 days should be fine for what youwant to do
Sharm is not a major city, but more of a small diving tourist town, nothing there to see but fishor tourists looking at or for fish. Easy to sort out Mont Sinai and desert trips from there.
I would check about if the feluccas with tour operators as I still believe that they start from Aswan
Check about how to get to from Sharm to Luxor or Aswan. If you are flying directly into Sharm check about if you need to leave from there or can fly out of another Egyption city, e.g. Luxor or Aswan
Check about vaccinations
Ger ready for a cool trip!
