Looking for bike maps for France!

Hey Glocalers...

So I am off on a bike tour this Sunday August 8th from Geneve across France to Bordeaux, and I was wondering where I could find the Michelin maps of the French back-country roads in Geneva? Payot only has the (more expensive)  IGN Top 100 Series maps.

Anyone have any suggestions on where to find good and inexpensive bike maps of France - preferably the Michelin route maps? I am guessing that Michelin does not show the elevation gain of each route...

And if you are interested, here is our planned route:

Cheers!

Hello Avy,

have you tried the bookshop in neighboaring France or sometime you find some at the big shopping center such as Carrefour or Thoiry or Etrembieres if you live on the other side of the lake.  you might want to check also Nature et découverte, they have just open a shop in Balexert.  May be you want to call all these places b4 going and check if they have what you are looking for.

best of luck and have a safe and very pleasant journey .... was there just a few days ago:)
