Must Sees in Amsterdam

Wondering if anyone had any recommendations of what to see in Amsterdam. Going this weekend for the first time. Also any good restaurants/bars to go to?

Thanks

Charlie. You seem to be a jack-of-all-trades? Maybe you could help me getting out of my home office?

Hello! Used to live in Amsterdam last year. Pretty much I would say in the center. Depends really what you want to do over the weekend. So if the weather will cooperate, would be good to check Vondelpark. Have a stroll or simply get a "fiets" (bike of course!). Laughing For the evening, I must say Leidseplein is the place to be. And if you want to take some snaps on the famous "I amsterdam" thing, you can head towards Museum plein which is also close to the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum. Hope that helps. Laughing
