For me there is not so much to do in Pisa...maybe in the summertime as the coast is right there. How about going to Florence? its not that far and a lot more to see and do.
Cheers

From Pisa you can go to Lucca, then Florence, Siena, Perugia...
Florence is better in winter or mid-season (in summer it's incredibly hot!), the towns on the coast (Pisa, Livorno, Grosseto and surroundings) are better in summer.

ciao

Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, and since this is truffel seasons go and eat some of the best ones in italy in San Miniato (between Pisa and Florence). In florence i'd say the no miss is the ponte vecchio, the duomo, Santa Maria Novella .. and the uffizi!!

Let me know if you want more details, I lived in the area for quite a while.

It is all about the main two buildings (one is falling down), and souveniers. The hitels are extremely expensive and busy.
There's nothing except tourism, very touristic place.
Are you going?
Helena.
