There's a Spa right around the corner, in Geneva itself, so no overnight trip needed really.
It's Les bains de Cressy and it offers the usual variety of Hammam, Sauna, massage, Jacuzzi, Ginseng/ Thyme/Rosemary baths (depending on the desired effect you are trying to achieve), mud wraps, beauty treatments etc.
Prices are reasonable, some of the treatments are even covered by your medical insurance.

for 1 hours or 1h30, you have a beautiful SPA!!! "les bains de cressy" are indoor!!! It's not the best (for me)...

Al ittle over an hour away but well worth going that little bit further as it really is nice with fantastic views of the mountains all around! They even have a snow room there!!!
