Hi! You could try Citadines www.citadines.com or Marlin apartments www.marlinaparments.com. Both have got a number of different locations in London.

not sure what your budget is but I once stayed at Nell Gwynne House in Chelsea. They are very nice apartments.

Hi!
a friend of mine stayed at Think Apartments (http://www.think-apartments.com) and did recommended it to me. They accommodate all lengths of stay, even for only for one night.
Apparently a very good alternative to staying in a hotel in London.
