Suugestions for a weekend away

My brother and his girlfriend are coming over beginning of August for a weeks holiday. We would like to go camping for the weekend and would be grateful of any suggestions of places/camp sites. I have heard Burgandy is not too far away and a nice place but would be grateful to hear from anyone who has visited before to get an idea on the best area to stay in. We all like Outdoor activities, rafting etc.
