Hi,

I have got Schenghen Visa, but my L-permit is being submitted in kreis buro for extension.

Can I still visit schenghen countires without having L-permit..

I think you should be fine, as long as you have a passport and the visa you shouldn't need any other documentation except documents showing you have somewhere to stay in the country you are visiting.
