I’m subletting my spacious and bright 1.5-room apartment in the best location, situated between Bahnhof Enge, Rieterpark, and Sihlcity. It’s perfect for the summer: the lake and beach are nearby, and there’s a balcony for relaxing.

The apartment is on a green, quiet street with views over the rooftops. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, and the bathroom has a bathtub. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use (no fixed schedule).

Furnished with only the essentials for one person.

I’m looking for a responsible and tidy professional who appreciates a calm, quiet environment, respects my home, and maybe even waters my plants. :)

Rent is CHF 1718/month, including additional costs (electricity, heating, water, Serafe). A deposit and liability insurance are required. Some flexibility with the dates may be possible.
