      I am planning for classes on the Monday and Wednesday between 7 - 8 PM.  I would ideally want to have classes for a an hour and half but we will see how it goes.

The address is Uetlibergstrasse 125, nearest tram is Laubegg. 

Do's and Dont's

Do not eat any solid food, coffee, fizzy drinks, alcoholic beverages atleast for 3 hours prior to the class.

Kindly bring along a Yoga mat, My spare Yoga mats are all in England, so please bring one along with you, a towel would also be good.
