If you are still looking or maybe for a next time. jacando.com offers really good tool for search. Skilled, not pricey people. I used it to find a person to hand a lamp. Extreamly sassisfied with the menu, fast reaction, and result, because you can see who are your candidates and what have they done. You read through reviews and just have a clear idea of a candidate.
