Can anyone tell me if there is any app or social group to find partner or buddies who has travel interest and can travel impromptu?

Also I am new to Switzerland . How can I find accomadation at budget rate in Zurich location or do you suggest any place lil away from Zurich ,if then please let me know name of these places which has easy access to hospital , grocery shop , hospital and transportation.
