Letting a room in Wipkingen, Zurich

My name is Madalena. I am 35 years old Portuguese-French. I am working in Bern as a Jurist. Marcin, my husband is 36 years old Pole. He begins his work for Google in London in March and will be coming home for some weekends. We are parents of Yann (7yo) and Anna (5yp). At home we speak several languages: French, Portuguese, Spanish, English, German, Swiss German, Polish... We are letting a room in our 4.5 room apartment as my husband moves to London to work for Google.

Our apartment is spacious, sunny and friendly; it has a parquet floor. The apartment is fully equipped, has a separate kitchen and bathroom with tub. Shared facilities include a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, and a balcony. The room is about 16 square meters large, is fully furnished, faces the courtyard and has access to balcony.

The apartment is very centrally located (Wipkingen, Kreis 10, ZH): it is close to Lettenbadi (http://www.badi-info.ch/Unterer_letten.html), Bahnhof Wipkingen, Schaffhauserplatz and Limmatplatz. It is close to Universität/ETH Zentrum (10/15 min). The lake and the shopping street (Bahnhofstrasse) are about 12-15min by tram or bus. So is the central station. There are excellent connections nearby: Bus stops 32, 33 und 46, Tram stops 11, 14, 15 und 7, Wipkingen station (S2, S8 und S14), Coop und Migros.

The room is open from 1st March to end of July 2013 (possibly longer) for CHF 700 per month (all costs included). The rent includes internet, common costs (eg waste bags), as well as all regular costs such as electricity, water, etc.

We are looking for an open, communicative, funny and clean student girl, who would like to share with us the apartment during one semester.

If you're looking for a nice place to live in Zurich, we would be happy to hear from you ([email protected]). You will learn everything else when you come to visit the apartment. Please write us an email with a few lines about yourself and you will hear from us. Visits by appointment.
