Bit of a case of how long is a piece of string? Price range? Posh or serviceable? The most convenient for skiing are probably the Laaxerhof and the Signina in Laax Murschetg. The Flims Waldhaus for (expensive) luxury. A few more reasonable or budget hotels in Flims or Laax Dorf.
