We are an international Human Resources Management Company dealing within the Oil & Gas Business. We are presently 100 employees here in Zurich who are taking care of around 6'800 international employees who are assigned to our client's projects worldwide.
Main Duties
Reporting to the Team Leader, the Recruiter is responsible for all functions associated with the identification, placement and management of new employees. As a recruiter you will be in charge of mobilising qualified candidates for our clients on various international projects. He will also be responsible for the logistical tasks during this mobilisation, that includes but is not limited to the following tasks:
Candidate pre-selections
Contractual terms negotiation
Visa and travel coordination
Project management
Employee data management within specified software applications
Professional Skills
Good English knowledge (Cambridge First Certificate or studies/work in an English speaking country for at least 3 months)
Diploma of Commerce (KV) or HR Studies
Preferably 2+ year's professional/internship experience in human resources, recruiting, logistics and/or administration environment
Good computer skills in MS-Office
Flexibility, multi-tasking, challenge and stress-resistance mind-set
Team-work approach to promote cohesive atmosphere
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
