Hi everyone,

We are looking for another suitable person to share our flat with us in Zurich from the 1st March 2013 until April 2014. The flat is located near Stettbach station, which is about 8 minutes to Zurich HB by train. 

There are currently 3 of us living here, so you would be the 4th person. I am 29 years old from Australia, my girlfriend is 31 years old from Germany, and there is also another woman (late 20's) who is swiss. 

Exact price is yet to be confirmed, but we anticipate about 400 CHF a month. However, in a few months time this may increase a little when the other woman moves out and we become 3 again. 

The room is about 9m sq and can be rented as furnished (double bed, small wardrobe, and possibly a desk) if required.  

We are looking for someone who is:

- Aged between 25 - 35

- Non-smoker

- No excessive drinkers 

- Quiet, yet enjoys a conversation. 

We enjoy video games, watching movies, nature, hiking, and snowboarding.
