Three easy going and funny guys are looking for a new flat mate for a fantastic house in Rüschlikon, Zurich. We are Max (27, German, business consultant), Chris (33, Austrian, sales manager) and Oli (34, German, banker).
Our house is a wonderful, recently refurbished, free standing property with 6 rooms + 3 bath rooms, private garden, private parkings and fantastic lake view! It is ideally located in a calm street of Rüschlikon, just 100m to the lake and 200m to the train station. 
Rüschlikon is beautiful, rich and tax friendly commune close to the city centre of Zurich (7min by S-Bahn).
Your room is of approx. 25 sqm. and would be equipped with a nice wooden floor as well as two large windows incl. lake view. The room is available from now on. The monthly rent will amount to CHF 1'100.
We have a cleaning lady!
