Starting from March, 21st 2013 (or possibly later) I rent out my fully furnished and spacious 2-room-apartment in 8049 Zürich for 6 to max. 12 months.
The beautiful and bright apartment on the 2nd floor has a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a living room with a large balcony and gas grill.
The use of the shared laundry and drying room is included.

The apartment is on a very quiet and well maintained location (30min. from the main station) and the bathroom has a bathtub and the kitchen a ceramic hob.
Furthermore, there's a 50" Full HD Plasma TV in the living room including a Sony home theater surround system and the bedroom has a 200x200cm double bed (Brand "Pfister").

Ideally, I am looking for an individual who rents the apartment for at least 6 months.
Viewing appointments can be arranged immediately!

Price: 1600 CHF / month (excl. internet & electricity).
