1) is there anyone who can advise me on the existence of such a program ?
2) is there anyone who can create/program such a tool ?

1) such a program should allow to make an instant print on a A4 page
2) it should be working for a variable number of employees (up to 10)
3) all employees work on a different % of time basis
4) posibility of having recurrent schedules for some employees
5) the monthly planning is presented by 7 charts/days per week and 5 weeks per page
6) printed charts should allow to define different employees situations by colours (days off, illness, vacancies, special events, public holidays, trainings)
