bike rentals and trails in zurich

I'm looking to rent a mountain bike for a day this weekend but haven't done so before in zurich- can anyone recommend any places where you can get a decent bike to rent for the day? I'm not doing the tour de france so no need for space-age materials, just a decent mountain bike will do!

also, any suggestions on trails that i can take or where i can find out more info for where to bike? (my plan is just to bike off somewhere after tiefenbrunnen otherwise and try to find something).

To rent I don't know but to ride, you can see on google map bike paths or more detailed:

This website is a bible. Good point is that it includes also hiking paths, canoe, roller,... with such a detailed level that if you get lost, you are really... well.... I used it for each of my hiking. Detailed map, difficulty, public transport, everything is there. And in all language.
