Question, I have a wooden Ikea chair that is deconstructed, I threw away the metal frame already in a recycling bin, but where can I throw away the wood? Chop it up and put it in a Zurich sack? Is there a place that collects old wood?

How to dispose of stuff seems really quite complicated here in general. Not sure of the answer to this specific question but these are the people that are there to answer such things:

Looks like it's only in German unfortunately but if you rang them I'm sure they'd find an English speaker.
