I am going everyday to Hallenbad city at
Sihlstrasse 718001 Zürich

and I see that a group of women are practicing, with an instructor, something like exercises in the water... I don't know if that is what you are looking for...
I am just a swimmer :)
Next time I see them, I will ask and will let you know...
