A little about Ultimate:
Ultimate (also called Ultimate Frisbee) is an exciting, non-contact team sport, played by thousands over the world with a 175 gram flying disc. It mixes the best features of sports such as Soccer, Basketball, American Football and Netball into an elegantly simple yet fascinating and demanding game.
The simplicity of the rules means it's easy and fun for newcomers to pick up.
The object of the game is to score points by passing the disc to a player in the opposing end zone, similar to an end zone in American football or rugby. Players may not run while holding the disc.
