We all know that we're much more motivated when we have a workout partner or a group to get us going. Fit & Fab is a group for men & women of ALL fitness level’s who desire to get into great shape, look and feel their best all year long- not just swimsuit season..;)

Let's face it doing the same old exercise routine, working out alone, or doing nothing at all is not only boring - its ineffective! You need support, variety and consistency to maintain your interest so that it’s easier to achieve your desired results. Get together with other men & women who are interested in fitness, health and fun. We will get together for Personal Training, Life Coaching, Mentoring, Zumba dance-fitness classes, kick boxing, cross country hiking, martial arts, lake view power walks, boot camps, rock climbing, sporting events, healthy food outings and more. Plus informative monthly emails on ways to live a healthier lifestyle.
