I went for botox two times... at each time they have not done it right (no visible results after 3-4 days) and I have had to return. The second time is done well but I wish it was done well the first time directly, since it’s a bit uneasy to call and explain the problem. I need to do my eyelids and because of this, I have decided not to do it with them.
However, I can definitely recommend them for pealings, hair removal, .... Dr Sophie Nordback especially, she is super nice and professional.

Lovely interior, very clean and very beautiful to look at. Lots of english magazines, the receptionists are OK could be a little more professional but really that was a small detail that did not ruin my experience with a very gentle and experienced doctor.
I'll be back and I brag about it because it's one of the best places in Geneva for (shhhhhhh) botox :))

After 10 sessions, hair removal has still not achieved a "satisfactory" result for my wife - yes reduction in certain parts is evident, but stubborn growth in other parts remains (and she doesn't have pcos either, so no "excessive/ hormonal hair growth)
Session one did not involve a patch test, and the Dr went straight into using the laser - her skin reacted to this and was left red and blistered for a week - we have photos. A simple patch test a day before this may have prevented the stress and worry, and extra make-up my wife used to cover up the blisters.
Since then a further 9 sessions (of IPL) have not had the desired effect.
On a positive note, Aesthetics clinic is newly refurbished and the admin staff are very pleasant.

Staff is welcoming and friendly, facilities are super-design and modern, and, the best of all : absolutely NO PAIN.
