Dear Friend,
"AGAPE" is the New Testament Greek word meaning the God-kind of love. It is selfless, self-sacrificing love. It was with this kind of love that God reached out to man in His sending us JESUS! It is with this kind of love that He reaches out to us still. Jesus is God's "love letter" to the human race. Jesus said, "Come unto Me all you who are weary and heavily burdened and I will give you rest..."
Agape Christian Centre is a multi-national, English-speaking church established in February '95, with a vision of meeting spiritual needs in the lives of the English-speaking communities in the Zurich area, and indeed, the German-speaking region of Switzerland. Over a dozen diverse nationalities call AGAPE their 'home'.
We are the church that is never too far away! With extension ministries in Bern, Basel and Herisau; and Bible studies in Thurgau and Aargau, AGAPE provides ministry beyond the 4 walls of our home church facility in Schlieren! Chances are, there is a meeting near you if you live somewhere near Bern, Basel, Zürich or Herisau... or anywhere in between!
I cordially invite you to come and experience the AGAPE love of God with us! You are important to God and to us!
