The sign out front and the sign on the door indicate "Success guaranteed or reimbursement." The fine print - which is not on the contract but is hidden somewhere in 8 pt type (really!) is that they only guarantee success on the theory part of the driving instruction.
Failure to notice this will result in the owner shouting at you and saying that anyone who fails the driving test more than twice (after instruction from their obviously great teachers) should be sent to a psychologist. (I can't quite arrive at the correlation, but somehow the owner can.)
1) The instruction - though cheaper than competitors - failed to prepare me for the practical exam; 2) there was NO reimbursement; 3) the owner expected me to pay money after he yelled at me for 10 minutes and called me a moron. Unless abusive and only literate in exam theory v practice is your desire, I would avoid this business. They must have lower prices to make the owner's nasty attitude more palatable. (And if you do fail to pass the test, don't expect reimbursement. Expect yelling and implied referral to a psychologist.)
