After a year using Batmaid every two weeks for more than a yea, I had to let them go: first maid: a disaster, second maid: a true professional, but after a while she left the company. Since then, it was getting worse and worse:one did show up an hour late, another one had a husband who liked to wait for her in the garden. the same lady had an emotional fit when she broke a glass container with fragrance oil and put it on a tablecloth which ruined it - and I dared to say that she should be more careful... The last one was sort of OK, but like others, she always left a little early. And then the schedule started to change. I tried to be accommodating, but when I was told , without being consulted, she would come at 8.00 and then she showed up at 7.30 am, I said this was not acceptable. After five day without hearing from Batmaid, I decided that this was it: the cleaning quality was sort of average, but the handling of the mandate was totally unprofessional.
