Wonderful dining experience. The staff are friendly and very, very attentive. The food is just simply wonderful. The sommeiler is well educated and the wine list is endless. If you can go when the weather is nice, try dining on the terrasse. It's breath-taking. Otherwise, the inside dining rooms are beautiful.

I agree with Norm01. It is worth a Michelin star - maybe a couple, or three.

The setting is magnificient. Ask for a table near the window, you can see botjh the Annecy lake and the Mont Blanc. The food is worth a Michelin star, the degustion menu is worth it but almost too much to finish. The interior of the castle is intriguing with its esoteric chapel. Be sure to ask to see it and know about the history of the castle.
