I have been to this place several times already. Every time I return is because the food is good quality and the service was good everytime I went there. The owner as well as the others were very polite and offered good service.
This is a popular restaurant so even for "own clients" it is recommended to book in advance.
The prices are higher than the other Lebanese restaurants in the area, but so is the service and the looks of the restaurant.
Nevertheless, I have never been there with a voucher.

I like trying new restaurants and happy to find this one on the Buyclub, as I would have never known it existed. What I expected over all was that personable service seeing Lebanese are well known for their hospitality but oh, boy was I wrong. The decoration is minimal with tacky music, and servers and the owner seem to be barely awake.
The cost for 3 person dinner with 2 rounds of beer and wine came to 250 CHF. Not a cheap price considering the number of other great places to eat. The food was tasty but in the end staff and the owner argued with me about not disclosing first that I had the voucher and insisted it was written on the website. Yes, ARGUED with me...I paid the full price for the dinner and left feeling pretty angry how they handled the whole situation. I checked the site, and I was right. no where on the site or the voucher itself states we must mention it before the bill comes. in the competitive market of food, they shouldn't take for granted the importance of the customer service and I give them sub zero mark. Not a place I would recommend.

I organized a glocals activity at this restaurant and we were all extremely happy with the food, even the Lebanese people who were with us.
Our menu included 12 mezzes, 3 grilled meats and 3 deserts, and everything was really tasty.

The staff is really nice, but I cannot judge the service because we were 46 people and that wouldnt reflect the everyday reality.
I would recommend to go their for a plat du jour at lunch, because it is really good value for money. In the evening it is a bit more expensive but totally worth it in my opinion because the portions are really generous.

I did not eat here, but tried to make a reservation for tonight and tomorrow and was told that they are full. As the BuyClub voucher I had expired tomorrow, I tried to make a reservation for Monday, and asked very nicely if I could use the voucher on Monday, as they were full tonight and tomorrow night. The person I spoke to started off very nice, but as soon as I mentioned BuyClub, he got very angry and yelled at me telling me that he is full of BuyClub people and does not have any room even for "his own clients." I understand that there is an expiration date on these vouchers, and would be okay if he had simply said no, but to be getting so angry is uncalled for. We could have become "his own clients" had he let us use the voucher, but after his little outburst, I will NEVER go there!
We went with buyclub but were not impressed. Food is reasonable, service is lacking, inattentive, we did not feel welcome at all. Also lack of atmosphere. And, a cup of tea costs 7,50...
The service was so slow, they were not attentive and I had to keep on asking for things, like serving spoon, to take away the obviously empty plates and then the dessert menu. Its took them also ages to bring me my coat despite the fact we were standing up ready to go. The food was ok but nothing to write home about.
