She is a really lovely doctor and my friend have also had a great experience with her during her pregnancy. The only "but" was that I also had unresponsive staff. Now, since she moved, it has been much easier to reach the secretary.

My first visit went great: i was happy to have found a nice and good doctor. Though i had to do some follow-up procedures and ran into several problems: unresponsive staff (had to wait for 6 weeks to get an answer); the estimate i received for a procedure turned out to be a surgery (i was not told that) for nearly 9000CHF. Found out they are a private clinic and hence the procedure that could otherwise be done in the office has to be done in the hospital. As they put it - it is a misunderstanding. Let's hope so. Needless to say i am quite disappointed. And looking for someone else.
