Lydia is by far the best sport massage therapist I have met, and as an accident-prone, long-distance runner, I have met quite a few! After completely injuring my IT band running the course du Duc this December, I was unable to walk for months. After just one session with Lydia, I was able to walk without crutches, and within a couple of weeks I was back at the gym. [This is after I had been going to a traditional Gva physio for months, receiving ultrasound, etc, to no avail.] When I first contacted her, Lydia conducted additional research to become as updated as possible on current ideas behind IT band syndrome recovery, and even after our session she emailed me articles on the subject and came up with new treatment approaches.
