I have gotten several BuyClub vouchers, since they have Saturday hours and are located in the Kempinsky, which seems to be a sign of good quality.

It has been IMPOSSIBLE to get appointments anywhere in the final month. For the manicure/pedicure, the esthetician said she was going on holiday and would contact me when she returned, if I would send the coupons before the expiration date. Never heard from her.

For the massage - and I bought the set of 3 - I had to call several numbers to track down the masseur, and then he said it was too late for any but 1 massage in the final month since he would be on holiday. Then, apparently I missed the voucher submission by 12 hours and he didn't do a single one.

I tried by phone, email and text - and personal visit to the salon during operating hours, though the doors were locked - to reach this salon and was not able to do so. I don't think they want my business, and I would not buy vouchers again. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the treatments since not one ever happened.

I had a surprisingly bad experience at this business today, compelling me to write this review. At the end of getting a manicure and pedicure (my first with "permanent polish") I was asking follow-up questions about the removal process and was surprised to find out it was an additional 30chf in two weeks to remove my fingernail polish and 30chf two weeks later for my toe nails. When I proceeded to ask for clarification of what my BUY CLUB voucher covered (I had paid 69 and the removal process was going to cost almost as much, 60chf) the conversation quickly became hostile. Various things were yelled at me - how she would not go broke - I could take the polish off myself but I would ruin my nails etc. Still confused about her hostility to my questions, I suggested we were having a language problem and she brought the receptionist in to help. Unfortunately, she just cut the woman off and yelled the same things until I finally left.
I spoke with BUY CLUB immediately after my appointment - they were available, sympathetic and responsive. I was told they would not be working with this person again as they had similar complaints.

The manicure and pedicure - unfortunately, once I was able to look at my nails, was a further disappointment. I would not describe it as a professional polish and will be getting another mani/ pedi to correct it.
Not an experience I would wish for anyone else!
