It was a little hard to find the actual salon, but it was worth the effort. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism, and both before and after the treatment I was offered drinks and the toilet!

I had an anti-aging facial bought via buyclub and it was amazing. The woman didnt speak english but spoke clearly enough that my limited french could understand as she explained each step of what was going to happen. She also explained how to use the towels so clearly they are learning from past mistakes. She wasnt at all bothered that I was still wearing last night's make-up and didnt tell me off for not looking after my skin (I've had that in other places before!).

At the end my skin felt so clean, taught and refreshed.
One of the best facials I've ever had.

Sorry, to hear about your bad experiences! I actually wanted to post a positive comment today and thank Nir and Oded for the offer....

Don't remember the name of the person who did my treatment but she was very corteous and explainded well the different facial steps BEFORE - what I found helful.

The effect of the facial was brilliant. Even better than expected. On top for the first time I found a suitable mild peeling that works for my skin.

So, for me it was great and I already bought the next vouchers.

Though I agree with you Lucy: They should offer a free voucher instead of suggesting "to pass by" (hello?)

Looks like Ysabel already gave you her feedback. In the US the Institut would offer her a free service to prove they could do better.

Went there via the buyclub offer and was very disappointed. First, I was shown a room and told "you know what to do". Err... sorry, young lady, but with no robe or large towel available, no, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do. After I asked for it, I got one towel that covered only part of my body, while she switched the AC to full power. Had to ask for a second towel to keep my arms warm. As I was about to ask her to lower the AC, she covered my face with a paper and some "mask", leaving me unable to talk, and just walked away saying the mask should stay 25 minutes, not bothering to ask if I was comfortable. It's the first time I see that the therapist doesn't take the mask time for some nice neck or hands massage. Instead she obviously went for lunch (the rooms are not soundproof, so on top of freezing I also enjoyed the staff's chatter). I hope other buyclub buyers have a better experience, but for me, it's never again.
